Major Indian Cities: 3–7 business days
Other Locations Across India: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Artmaze Studios may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to the applicable terms of such promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method, where applicable.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Where applicable, any refund for such an order will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package and product upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- Clear photographs of the shipping label
- Clear photographs of the product and visible damage, defect, or incorrect item received
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, particularly for fragile products, as it can help us assess damage-related claims quickly and accurately.
Additional supporting evidence, including an unboxing video where available, may help us review your claim. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support.artmazestudios@gmail.com.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.
Once the investigation is completed and the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship Artmaze Studios products to select international destinations.
Shipping availability, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable charges may vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout wherever available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Artmaze Studios.
