Refund policy

At Artmaze Studios, every product is carefully selected, crafted, and quality-checked before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

To request a return, please contact us at support.artmazestudios@gmail.com before sending the product back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to damage, defect, or an error by Artmaze Studios, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the external and internal packaging

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, particularly for fragile products, as this can help us assess damage claims quickly.

For approved claims involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Artmaze Studios will bear the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags, where applicable
  • Be returned only after approval from our team

Products sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products
  • Items specifically marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled
  • Products returned without their original packaging or tags, where applicable

As many of our products are handcrafted and made using natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, grain pattern, brushwork, stitching, or dimensions may naturally occur. These variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Items marked as Final Sale, custom-made products, and personalized items are still eligible for appropriate resolution if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different product is to return your eligible item following our return process and place a separate order for the new product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. However, where a return is approved because Artmaze Studios sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, applicable shipping costs will be handled by Artmaze Studios.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products cannot be cancelled once production or customization has begun.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to a consumer within the European Union, applicable EU consumer laws may provide a right to cancel or return an online purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Returned products must generally be in the same condition in which they were received—unused, unworn, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
